We encourage parents of applicants to attend an open house before applying.  Our Blessed Sacrament School Flyer provides more detailed information regarding the open house dates, the school, and its offerings.

Application Deadlines

Applications will be accepted from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. as follows:

  • Registered Parishioners – January 17-19, 2018.
  • Non-Parishioners and Non-Catholic Families – January 22-23, 2018.

Application Materials

All appropriate application materials including an original birth certificate, a baptismal certificate (if Catholic) and a $35 non-refundable fee per application must be submitted before consideration is given. Once a complete application is submitted and records are received, we will be in contact to schedule any necessary assessment testing and/or interviews.

Student information forms and transcripts must arrive directly from the applicant’s current school.  The applicant's parent(s) are responsible for ensuring that required documents are received by our office in a timely manner.

Notification and Registration

For children of registered parishioners, offers for available spots will be made in March 2018.


Tuition is paid using the FACTS Tuition System.  Limited scholarships are available using FACTS Financial Aid.

Uniform Code

The uniform code can be downloaded by clicking here.  In order to purchase uniforms, you must go to our school store on the Lands End website. When ordering your clothing selection, the appropriate logo will appear as part of your selection.
